There is a new imager that can take photos of the exoplanets that we are looking at. This brings a new viewpoint to the search for a second Earth. Space.com reports on the imager here.
While it may not provide images like you might imagine by reading the headline, this is still a huge step up from just having the Hubble data. Things continue to improve in this area of astronomy and as time goes on the sky is the limit.
